New! Become a Knotwe Hub Member!

Kari Lorenson

Knotwe is very pleased to announce a new resource for the fiber community....drum roll....Knotwe Member Hub!

This is no ordinary membership portal. Instead, we thought long and hard about what is currently available not just in online fiber communities but in the bigger picture. After accessing the terrain, this is what we came up with:

Benefits of Knotwe Hub Membership:

Member Profile with Your Portfolio & Bio & Connector Questions that let other members know what you are up for like "Are you looking for Freelance work?"

Free digital download of Knotwe Magazine

Knotwe Talk: Enjoy the opportunity to meet face to face online with other members in group meetings. Get to know and learn from an international group of artists, designers and craft professionals passionate about fibers. All you need is a smart device & high speed internet connection, we set up the rest!

Access to Knotwe Pilot Projects: Knotwe wants to explore and experiment with technology and new platforms for exchange. Pilot Projects are experiments that members are invited to participate in and explore for the purpose of greater exchange. Projects are tweaked, pinched, and sized to work and help you grow.

Promotion: Knotwe Members can submit projects, ideas, promote new businesses, and promote their innovative applications that are changing the face of fibers. Knotwe is here to feature the innovators both emerging and established.

Search the Knotwe Member Directory to network, connect and showcase your work.

Access to Knotwe Labor Board: A forum for Upcycle: propose a swap like materials, studio sublet, equipment, etc.; Labor Exchange: members looking for other members who specialize in an areas that they need help in for a project. Labor Exchange works like this: Jane can sew. Dan can design cool patterns. Beth can take great product shots. Dan has the fabric. Jane sews. Beth takes the pics. Jane, Dan, Beth post the project in their portfolios and share credits to everyone involved. Jobs: members share with other members info about jobs specific to fibers and professional organizations centered on craft, art & design.

For only $3.89 a month, totaling $46.65 a year!
